Have you ever noticed that spontaneous get-togethers happen in during the summer more than any other time of year? Next time you have guests over, serve Grilled Bread with Ricotta and Honey. This appetizer is light, flavourful, and perfect for satisfying sweet and savoury cravings. Since it takes next to no time to whip up (the longest part is grilling the bread), you can spend more time with your friends enjoying the warm summer night on the patio. Serve with a dry white wine and you’ll have a perfect al fresco appetizer.
