This Helpful Hint comes all the way from Kangaroo Island, Australia! Rob, our tour guide, showed us how to serve cantaloupe in a really fun way.
- Wash the cantaloupe under cold running water
- Slice it in half, and scoop out the seeds
- Slice halves into wedges
- Score each wedge 4-5 times
- To eat: bend wedge slightly back, and bite off juicy chucks of cantaloupe!
This works especially well for kids, buffets, and packed lunches!
