A Pitcher of Caesar Mix

You can ask everyone in the room if they want a Caesar, and most of them will say no – until they see you make one!

I don’t know why, but as soon as you make one Caesar, everyone suddenly wants one.

Instead of getting stuck making a gazillion individual Caesars this Super Bowl Sunday, make a pitcher of Caesar mix. This recipe comes from Charlie, a barback I met last weekend in Las Vegas.  Granted, I was in the states, so the recipes was used to make a Bloody Mary, but it works just a good for a Caesar.

Total Time: 10 minutes

A Pitcher of Caesar Mix

1.89L tomato clam cocktail
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
3 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons green olive juice
1 tablespoon lime cordial
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

  1. Place the ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well.

How to make a Caesar:

  1. Rim the edge of a large glass with lime juice and celery salt.
  2. Add ice, 1.5 oz of vodka, Caesar mix and a stick of celery.
  3. Stir and enjoy. If you like things spicy, add extra hot sauce.

**For all my American friends, you can substitute Bloody Mary cocktail for tomato clam cocktail – That’s what the dude in Las Vegas did when he made this for me:**
