Ingredients

1 cup quinoa, rinsed
1 ½ cups water

Instructions

  1. Place quinoa and water in a medium pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the water has evaporated and the quinoa is tender.

To make this extra flavourful, replace the water with a flavourful broth.
