Kary Osmond is a Canadian recipe developer and former television host of the popular daytime cooking show, “Best Recipes Ever.”

She mostly follows a plant-based diet, though exceptions are made for her mother’s butter tarts and grandma’s famous perogies.

Her goal is to get more people excited to try plant-based recipes through the use of texture, flavour and colour – all keys to a great dish. If you can follow directions to a grocery store, you’ll have no problem recreating her recipes – they’re simple, with lots of helpful tips to guide you along the way.
